September 1, 2023 – Budi County, South Sudan. Aqua-Africa’s trained county WASH commissioners delivered steel lock boxes to the county’s Water Management Committees. Each of the boxes have two unique keyed locks and therefore require two committee members to access the box contents. This adds another level of security for the proper management of the water usage fees that are collected.
